    Scope of services:

    • redesign of the village square area reusing the natural stone paving
    • laying of a compass rose of natural stone paving as a design element on the village square
    • construction of a traffic lane of asphalt across the road and square structure for visual separation of traffic and dwelling
    • surfacing of star-shaped converging roads with asphalt
    • construction of 16 parking spaces (surfaced with natural stone paving) for stationary traffic, distributed spatially over the square
    • surfacing of the footways with concrete paving, accesses set off in colour with granite paving
    • design of adjacent edge areas as green and paved areas
    • design of the green areas with grass, ground covers and 4 specimen trees
    • arrangement of street furniture in the form of benches, bicycle stands and litter bins
    • reorganisation of the drainage of the traffic areas and connection to the existing sewer system
